Ambassador Absolute currently delivers within Australia only. For Australian deliveries we use Australia Post. Items can be delivered to a physical address or to PO Box addresses.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. Standard delivery is between Monday and Friday.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders come with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and some catalog promotions. Please ensure you allow for additional time during peak times for your purchase to arrive in time for your requirements.
Blind Buying Perfumes
At no time do we encourage clients to buy perfumes they do no know and/or have not previously used. Blind buying comes with the risk of the perfume not being suitable for you personally or for your skin type. Not liking a perfume scent after making a blind purchase is NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR REQUESTING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Cancelling An Order
You may request to cancel an order at anytime prior to the dispatch of your parcel. You cannot request for an order to be cancelled once the parcel has been dispatched. It may take upto 5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. This depends on the bank or financial institution you have your account with. WE DO NOT IN ANY WAY CONTROL THE REFUND PROCESS OR THE TIME IT TAKES FOR THE FUNDS TO BE RETURNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
